基于SOA的机器人物流系统架构研究

         

摘要

为了解决机器人物流系统的智能设备即插即用、系统可重构性等问题,采用一种具有良好通用性、灵活性和可重构性的基于SOA的系统集成架构.对工业控制系统的现状进行了分析,指出系统可重构性是降低系统配置成本的关键,说明实时性保障是基于SOA的系统架构设计中的难点.在此基础上设计了通用网络控制系统架构,使基于不同标准的设备之间以统一的方式集成和交互,并且可以方便地与企业其它信息系统集成.通过机器人物流系统验证了该架构的可重构性和实时性.%To solve the problem of smart devices' plug-and-play and system's reconfigurebility in robotic logistics systems, a SOA-based integration architecture with good universality, flexibility and reconfigurability is proposed. Firstly, the status of general industrial control systems are analyzed. It is pointed out that to reduce the cost of the system's configuration is the key problem of reconfigurability and real-time guaranteeing is the difficulty in SOA-based system architecture designing. Based on above all, a general network control system architecture is designed. The system enables devices, which is based on different specifications, could be integrated and interacted in a uniform way, and communicate with upper-level management system. Finally, by designing the robotic logistics system, the reconfigurability and real-time performance are demonstrated.
