海缆生产数据采集系统的集中器设计与实现

         

摘要

针对目前在海缆生产线上数据采集系统中出现的数据传输不稳定、易受干扰等问题,设计一款基于嵌入式以太网通信的集中器。以TM4C123为主控芯片,配置ENC28J60以太网控制器、APC250无线数据传输模块和TFTLCD液晶显示模块等,在搭建系统硬件平台的基础上完成各部分的软件设计。海缆生产线现场测试结果表明,该集中器具有数据传输抗干扰和智能远程监控等特点,具有广阔应用前景。%To solve the issues occurring on current submarine cable production line,such as instability and disturbances during the process of data acquisition and transmission,a concentrator based on embedded Ethernet communication was designed.The concentrator was designed with TM4C123 as the main control chip and equipped with ENC28J60 Ethernet controller,APC250 wireless data transmission module,TFTLCD liquid crystal display module,etc.The software design of each part was conducted based on the platform of the system hardware design.Results of field tests on submarine cable production lines show that the concentrator has characteristics of resistance to disturbances occurring in the process of data transmission and intelligent opera-tion on remote monitoring.Thus it has a broad application prospect.
