为提高领域本体构建效率,提供更科学的林业科学数据共享服务,提出一种利用关系数据库构建林业领域本体的方法.通过分析林业关系数据库,制定一组从关系模型到本体的映射规则,从林业关系数据库中获取本体概念、属性、关系和约束公理等本体学习必需的数据,根据这些必要的数据和本体的构建理论,利用OWL2本体语言,实现一种自动化的领域本体构建方法,提高领域本体构建效率.设计开发基于关系数据库构建的林业领域本体原型系统,验证了该方法的可行性.%To increase the efficiency of ontology construction and to share forestry data scientifically,a method of forestry domain ontology construction based on relational database was presented.According to the analysis of forestry relational database,a group of rules of mapping from relational schema to ontology was established.The necessary data set of ontology learning was extracted from forestry relational data,which included concepts,properties,relations,restrictions and axioms.Based on these data and the theory of ontology construction,an automatic method of forestry domain ontology construction was implemented using OWL2 ontology language,and the efficiency of ontology construction was increased.A prototype system was deve-loped and the feasibility of the proposed method was verified.
