基于混沌和声的云计算调度算法

         

摘要

和声搜索算法应用于云计算中易出现收敛速度缓慢、初值敏感性及求解精度不高等不足,以改进标准和声算法缺点为目的,提出一种引入混沌理论的改进算法,即混沌和声算法(CHS).通过Logistic映射产生随机混沌信号,以载波方式变换至变量取值空间进行混沌初始化,加入混沌变异机制避免算法出现停滞;改变标准和声算法迭代过程中系数的更新策略,进一步提高算法性能.通过4种标准优化测试函数进行实验,搭建云仿真环境进行任务调度实验,实验结果和标准和声算法进行横向对比.比较结果表明,混沌和声算法在收敛性、求解精度、执行效率和相对标准差等方面优于原始算法,更加适合于云计算的应用.%Application of harmony search algorithm in cloud computing is easy to cause slow convergence,initial sensitivity and low accuracy.From the perspective of the application of harmony search algorithm,an improved algorithm,namely chaos harmony search algorithm (CHS) was put forward.Random chaotic signal was generated using Logistic map,and the signal was converted to a variable value space in carrier to conduct chaos initialization,while adding chaotic mutation mechanism to avoid the standstill of the algorithm.In the iterative process,the updating strategy of the correlation coefficient of the original algorithm was improved.The experiment was carried out through 4 kinds of standard optimization test functions,and the CloudSim software was used to build the simulation cloud environment for task scheduling.Experimental results were compared with the standard harmonic algorithm.The algorithm is superior to the original algorithm in the aspects of convergence,accuracy,efficiency and relative standard deviation,which is more suitable for the application of cloud computing.
