河南油田浅层稠油水平井钻井工艺技术研究

摘要

河南油田采用水平井开采主要稠油上产区块可以大幅度提高油藏接触面积,增加产量。以楼平5井为例,主要从井身结构与井眼剖面设计、轨迹控制技术、钻柱优化设计、钻井液和固井技术方面介绍了水平钻井施工中的关键技术,为浅层稠油水平井钻井工艺技术的应用提供技术基础。%In Henan Oilfield,the horizontal wells in heavy oil reservoir can significantly improve contact area between wellbore and reservoir and increase productivity of the well.The horizontal well of Louping5 was successfully drilled and used as an example.This paper introduces the key technologies of drilling engineering,such as well design of wellbore configuration and well profile,wellbore trajectory control,drilling string optimization,drilling fluid and well cementing,which provides the technical experience for the technology application.
