环境污染与公共服务对健康支出的影响——基于中国省际面板数据的门槛分析

摘要

This paper uses the panel data of thirty province from 2003 to 2013, Using threshold regression analysis meth-od to analyizes the effects of environment pollution and public services on health expenditures.The results show that:the pol-lution of the environment has a significant influence on health expenditures, positively correlated relationship between both. The introduction of the public service variable has a threshold effect to the environmental health, and the threshold of different public services for environmental health expenditure are not identical;Among them, the threshold of education is three, and the threshold of the urban infrastructure construction and environmental protection are one.%本文以2003-2013年中国30个省份(不包括西藏)的面板数据为基础, 运用门槛回归方法, 分析了环境污染与公共服务对健康支出的影响. 结果表明: 环境污染对健康支出具有显著性影响, 两者之间呈正相关关系. 公共服务变量的引入, 对环境污染的健康支出产生了门槛效应, 并且不同公共服务对环境的健康支出影响产生的门槛数各不相同. 其中, 教育产生的门槛数为三个, 城市基础设施建设与环境保护产生的门槛数均为一个.
