甲氨蝶呤不同给药方案治疗未破裂型异位妊娠的效果观察

摘要

目的 比较甲氨蝶呤(MTX)不同给药方案治疗未破裂型异位妊娠的效果.方法 本研究始于2006年1月止于2010年1月,将我院收治的具有保守治疗指征的未破裂型异位妊娠136例按数字随机法分为A组(MTX单次肌内注射)70例和B组(MTX多次肌内注射)66例,比较两组的治愈率及不良反应发生率.结果 两组的治愈率相当,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；但A组的恶心区吐、口腔溃疡、白细胞下降及丙氨酸转氨酶异常等不良反应发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 MTX单次给药不仅能达到与多次给药相当的治愈率,且不良反应发生率明显降低,是保守治疗未破裂型异位妊娠更为理想的给药方案.%Objective To compare the effect of different dose regimens of Methotrexate in treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods 136 patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy undergoing expectant treatment indications in our hospital during January 2006 and January 2010 were divided into group A ( single intramscular injection of MTX, n =70) and group B (Multiple intramscular injection of MTX, n =66). The recovery rate and adverse reaction rate in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the recovery rates between the two groups (P >0.05). But the incidence rates of nausea and vomitting, mouth ulcer, decended leucocytes and abnormal transaminase in group A were significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Single injection of MTX not only has the equal recovery rate with multiple injection of MTX, but also has a lower adverse reaction rate, as a more ideal dose regimen to treat unruptured ectopic pregnancy.
