《临床误诊误治》杂志2000～2009年高被引文献规律分析

摘要

目的 对被引文献进行规律分析,为今后该杂志选题、组稿等工作提供参考.方法 应用清华同方全文数据库,筛选出2000～2009年发表的被引频次在5次以上的文献,并对其进行计量分析.结果 在调查的文献中,被引用频次＞5的文献共175篇,共被引用1159次,篇均6.62次.文献共分布在22个专栏,集中刊登在误诊误治与原因分析、药疗警笛、医与法等专栏.文献来源于全国30个省、市、自治区,且时间分布趋势呈波浪形,各年高被引文献数量不稳定.结论 需进一步彰显期刊特色,关注重点地区和重点作者的来稿,发挥编辑人员的主观能动性,以提高办刊质量.%Objective To analyze the regularity of the cited literatures in Clinical Misdiagnosis and Mistherapy Journal to provide reference information in selecting topics and organizing contributions, and improving the quality of the journal.Methods The literatures published and cited more than five times in Clinical Misdiagnosis and Mistherapy Journal during 2000 and 2009 were screened out by Tsinghai Tong Fang Database, and their rules were analyzed.Results In all the investigated literatures, 175 documents cited more than 5 times were cited a total of 1159 times, and each was cited 6.62 times on an average.The documents were distributed in 22 columns, and concentrated and published in such columns as "Misdiagnosis analysis", "Medication siren", "Medicine and law".The literatures were from 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and the time distribution trend was in a wave fomat.The annual number of frequently cited documents was variable.Conclusion It is important to further highlight the characteristics of the journal, focus on manuscripts from important areas and important contributors, and exert the initiatives of the editorial staff.
