Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to improve mutism after corpus callosum transection.Methods Based on admission time, 53 cases of murism after corpus callosum transection were divided into intervention group (27 cases) and control group (26 cases).The intervention group received intervention nutsing care before and after surgery, but the control group only received conventional nursing care according to craniotomy.Language and physical function recovery time, the time away from the bed and average length of stay were observed and compared.Results When compared with that in control group, language and physical function recovery time, time away from the bed and average length of stay were shorter in intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve mutism after corpus callosum transection, and promote rehabilitation.%目的 探讨综合护理干预改善胼胝体离断术后缄默综合征的效果,提高患者生活质量.方法 选择行胼胝体离断术后出现缄默综合征的53例,按照时间顺序分为干预组27例和对照组26例,干预组术前后实施护理干预,对照组按照开颅手术护理常规护理.观察两组语言、肢体功能恢复时间及离床时间和平均住院日.结果 干预组语言、肢体功能恢复时间及离床时间和平均住院日均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合护理干预能有效改善胼胝体离断术后缄默综合征,促进患者康复.
