甲状旁腺病变病理检查漏诊三例分析

摘要

目的 寻求甲状旁腺穿刺活检病理检查漏诊甲状旁腺病变的原因,提高其诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月—20t2年8月3例甲状腺穿刺病理检查漏诊甲状旁腺病变的临床资料.结果 3例均经甲状腺B超检查发现甲状腺肿物,均行甲状腺次全切除术,术前活检病理漏诊甲状旁腺肿瘤2例、甲状旁腺腺瘤有恶性倾向未被识别1例.结论 临床医生应提高对甲状旁腺病变的认识,病理科医生应不断提高自身业务水平,以降低漏诊率.%Objective To search for the cause of pathological missed diagnosis of parathyroid lesions by puncture biopsy in order to improve the diagnosis level.Methods Clinical data of 3 patients with parathyroid lesions missed diagnosis by puncture biopsy during January 2010 and August 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 3 patients were found with parathyroid neoplasm by the thyroid ultrasonic examination,and all the patients underwent near total thyroidectomy.The 2 patients were missed diagnosis of parathyroid neoplasms,and another 1 was missed diagnosis of parathyroid adenoma with malignant tendency by preoperative biopsy.Conclusion Clinicians should improve awareness of parathyroid lesions,and constantly work to improve professional competence in order to reduce missed diagnosis rate.
