Objective To explore the correlation of helicobacter pylori (Hp) and community-acquired pneumonia with different pathogens. Methods 206 patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly selected between March 2012 and January 2015 in respiratory department of our hospital inpatient department and outpatient department. Sputum spec-imen of patients was used for pathogenic bacteria culture, and 40 healthy controls were selected. Both groups used the routine blood test for Hp concentrations and comparative analysis. Results Different pathogens of community acquired pneumonia in Hp antibody positive rate was higher than that of control group ( P0. 05 ) . Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Hp antibody positive rates were significantly higher than those of Chlamydia trachomatis and pneumonia mycoplasma (P0.05),而感染流感嗜血杆菌和肺炎链球菌Hp抗体阳性率均显著高于衣原体与肺炎支原体(P<0.05)。结论社区获得性肺炎患者血清Hp抗体阳性率高,提示Hp感染可能增加感染社区获得性肺炎的概率。
