高血压患者诊间血压参数与血清NT-proBNP的相关性

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation between blood pressure parameters and serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP) in hypertension patients during follow-up period. Methods A total of 44 patients with essential hypertension during November 2016 and May 2017 received regular follow-up and blood pressure test every month for continuous 12 months. The values of standard deviation of systolic blood pressure in 12 months (12MSSD), variation coeffi-cient of systolic blood pressure in 12 months (12MSCV), the mean systolic blood pressure in 12 months (12MMS) and the mean diastolic blood pressure in 12months (12MMD) were calculated, and parameters such as plasma triglyceride, total cho-lesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesferol, glycosylated hemoglobin and serum creatinine were recorded, and correlations between the parameters with serum NT-proBNP were analyzed. Results In this study, 12MMS was (130 ± 13) mmHg, and 12MMD was (69 ± 6) mmHg, and the mean NT-proBNP value was (232. 0 ± 25. 7) pg/ml, meanwhile changes of blood pressure were seasonal. Serum NT-proBNP showed no correlations with above indexes of laboratory examinations, but it was obviously correlated with 12MMS, and 12MMS was independent factor of serum NT-proBNP (β=0. 613, P<0. 001). Con-clusion Serum NT-proBNP is closely correlated with 12MMS in hypertension patients, and it can be used as a monitoring in-dex for blood pressure treatment.%目的 探讨高血压患者诊间血压参数与血清N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的相关性.方法 选择2016年11月—2017年5月就诊我院的原发性高血压44例,每月固定门诊随诊并测量血压,连续随访12个月.计算12个月内的收缩压标准差、收缩压变异系数、平均收缩压(12MMS)和平均舒张压(12MMD),记录血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐等水平,分析与血清NT-proBNP的相关性.结果 本研究12MMS为(130±13)mmHg,12MMD为(69±6)mmHg,NT-proBNP为(232.0±25.7)pg/ml,且血压变化具有季节性.血清NT-proBNP水平与上述实验室检查指标无相关性,仅与12MMS明显相关,且为其独立因素(β=0.613,P<0.001).结论 高血压患者的血清NT-proBNP与12MMS密切相关,可作为血压治疗的监测指标.
