缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变影响因素的相关性分析

摘要

目的 探讨缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变的影响因素.方法 选取我院2015年1月-2015年6月收治的缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变64例作为研究对象,按照病情严重程度分为轻中度组和重度组,每组各32例,分析缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变的高危因素.结果 两组年龄、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、2型糖尿病、高血压病、颈动脉硬化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).logistic回归分析显示,年龄、血Hcy水平、2型糖尿病、高血压病与缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变有一定相关性.结论 年龄、血Hcy水平、2型糖尿病、高血压病与缺血性脑白质脱髓鞘病变密切相关,早期诊断并积极干预,可减轻脑组织及神经系统损害.%Objective To investigate influencing factors in patients with ischemic brain white matter demyelinating lesions.Methods A total of 64 patients with ischemic brain white matter demyelinating lesions admitted from January to June 2015 were divided into mild-moderate group (n=32) and severe group (n=32) according to the severity.High risk factors of ischemic brain white matter demyelinating lesions were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in age, blood homocysteine (Hcy) level, type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis between the two groups (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the age, blood Hcy levels, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and hypertension were related to ischemic brain white matter demyelinating lesions.Conclusion The age, blood Hcy level, type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension are closely related to ischemic brain white matter demyelinating lesions.Early diagnosis and active intervention can decrease damage of brain tissue and nervous system.
