Objective To reduce time in reconstruction of source applicator in 3D afterloading radiotherapy so as to reduce the medical risk. Methods Automatic tracking algorithm based on gray value was adopted to reconstruct the source applicator. Results On the premise of ensuring correct reconstruction of source applicator, 1/2 of the reconstruction time was saved averagely. Conclusions There is no obvious advantage in 3D reconstruction of flexible source applicator used in nasopharyngeal afterloading radiotherapy.%目的:减少三维后装放射治疗中施源器的重建时间,降低治疗风险。方法采用基于灰度值的自动跟踪算法重建施源器。结果在保证正确重建施源器的前提下,平均节省了1/2的施源器重建时间。结论对于鼻咽部常用的软性施源器,自动跟踪算法相对于手动勾画施源器并无优势,仍要以物理师的主观参与为主。
