Hospital is a crucial component in establishing a harmonious society, in which the doctor- patient relationship plays an important role. In this paper, the authors explore the significance of establishing a harmonious doctor -patient relationship t inclduing the benefit for building mutual trust between doctors and patients, and the increase of hospital economic interests. Some feasible suggestions on building a harmonious doctor - patient relationship are also raised in the paper, inclduing perfecting medical affairs management, improving medical quality,opening the medical affairs and medical chargement conduction, improving medical service and hospital facilities,strengthening system construction, stressing multilateral communication, in order to pursue internal unity and external development.%构建和谐医院是构建和谐社会的组成部分之一,构建和谐医患关系又是构建和谐医院环境的重要内容.通过探讨构建和谐医惠关系,提出:有利于建立医患互信,有利于提高医院经济效益.构建和谐医患关系的主要措施为:完善业务管理,提高医疗质量;实施医疗政务公开,增强收费透明度;倡导微笑服务,改善服务态度;改进医院设施,优化就医环境;加强制度建设,加大处罚力度;做好三项沟通,争取宽松外部环境;内求团结,外求发展等.
