老年整体性评估的伦理问题思考

Objective :To explore how to carry out comprehensive geriatric assessment from an ethical angle.Method Ethical analysis. Result: Medical, family and social ethical issues should all be taken into consideration during the process of comprehensive geriatric assessment. Conclusion:The application of comprehensive geriatric assessment in the diagnosis and treatment mode of geriatric disease can reduce economic and social burden caused by population aging, and attaching importance to ethics will raise the feasibility and effectiveness of this management mode.%目的 从伦理学角度分析如何对老年人进行整体性评估.方法 伦理学分析.结果 在对老年人进行整体性评估的过程中应注意医学、家庭及社会伦理问题.结论 在老年病的诊治模式中采用老年整体性评估可以进一步减少老龄化带来的经济负担和社会负担,而在这一行之有效的老年病管理模式中重视伦理问题会进一步提高推广的可行性和实施的有效性.
