在医学伦理学教学中应用情景模拟教学法的设想

         

摘要

基于医学案例分析的情景模拟教学法通过情境创设,由医学生扮演案例中角色,将临床工作中可能遇到的各种问题和情景呈现给医学生,通过亲身参与,使其身临其境地感受伦理冲突与困境.这种教学法,首先可以提高医学生对医学伦理学的学习兴趣,提升其学习的积极性与主动性;其次还可以弥补传统医学伦理学教学模式在激发学生创造性、培养医学生综合思辨、伦理决策能力方面的不足,并有利于提高医学生团队协作精神,更重要的是,有利于提高医学伦理学教学学习水平.%Through the creation of situations, the scenario simulation method which is based on medical case studies guides the students to play the roles in the case, and feel the ethical conflicts and dilemma personally. This approach enables medical students to directly face clinical problems and situations which they may encounter in their future practice. It first of all can increase students' interest in learning medical ethics, and enhance their learning enthusiasm and initiative. Besides, it can make up for the deficiencies of traditional medical ethics in stimulating creativity, training medical students with speculation and ethical decision -making capacity. Moreover, it plays a positive and significant role in improving the teaching level of medical ethics.
