Effective implementing is the key element of hospital culture construction. This article puts forward four ways which make hospital culture implement effectively based on work practice, including strengthening publicity and education to reach consensus; leaders' setting an example for others; promoting progress and positive guidance; establishing regulations of reward and punishment system.%执行是医院文化建设的关键.结合工作实践,提出了使医院文化得到强有力执行的四种方法,即强化宣教,形成共识(其中包括:集中宣讲、利用媒介宣传、组织宣教活动、制作宣传资料等多种宣教形式);领导带头,率先垂范(具体为带头学习、带头实践、带头传播、带头创新等多个方面);弘扬先进,积极引导(如精心选树典型、大力推广典型等);建章立制,奖惩兑现(主要通过建立健全规章制度,经常进行督促检查、加大奖惩力度等有效手段).
