探索构建适应新型医患关系的医院文化体系——以第四军医大学三所附属医院为例

摘要

医患关系的发展及大众健康需求对医疗行业的技术水平、服务质量、管理效益等方面提出新要求,应从设计、内容、理念、目标、方式等层面构建与之相适应的医院文化体系.着眼新型医患关系对医院深化文化体系建设的要求,开展有益的探索,从物质文化体系、制度文化体系、精神文化体系角度概括出创新医院文化体系的做法.%The development of doctor - patient relationship and public health put forward new requirements for the medical technology level, service quality, management and so on. Therefore , it is necessary to build compatible medical culture system adapted to the new type doctor - patient relationship from aspects of design, content , idea, target, and communication mode, etc. In this paper, the authors focus on the requirement of new type doctor - patient relationship, generalize the innovation practice of hospital culture system from material culture level , institutional culture level and spiritual culture level, so as to deepen hospital cultural system construction.
