外科医师该如何面对当前医患关系

摘要

This paper discusses how a surgeon could reduce doctor - patient conflicts and establish a harmonious medical environment, so as to reduce the currently frequent medical disputes in China. It is held that surgeons should improve their medical techniques and skills to ensure treatment quality, strengthen their communicating abilities and humanistic care to increase mutual trust with patients, be familiar with related medical laws and regulations, so as to promote their relationship with patients, reduce medical disputes, and establish a favorable medical environment.%在当前医疗纠纷频发的环境下,以外科医师这一高风险的行业为例,分析外科医师应该如何从自身做起减少医患矛盾,和谐医疗环境.认为外科医师应该通过提高自身技术水平以保证治疗质量,加强医患沟通,融合人文关怀,增加相互信任,熟悉法律法规等途径来改善医患关系,进而减少医患纠纷,创造良好的医疗环境.
