关于安乐死制度设计的几点设想

摘要

我国的安乐死尚处于理论研究层面.从伦理的角度考量安乐死立法有助于夯实该项立法的基础;从制度建设的角度对安乐死立法开展前瞻性探讨,也是未来该项立法更科学、更符合我国国情的需要.从这两个角度出发探讨安乐死,希望能够引起对安乐死问题的深入研究.%In China, the legalization of euthanasia has not been established.Relevant ethical reflection contributes to the legalization of euthanasia.To explore the legalization of euthanasia on a system building level, is a requirement for the future legislation to be more scientific and compatible with Chinese national conditions.In this paper, the author discusses the legislation of euthanasia from the above two angles, hoping to provide reference for further study.
