临床医学院教学档案的建设与管理探索

摘要

The construction and management of clinical teaching archives plays an important role in medical education and cultivation.This paper analyzes the importance of management of archives in clinical medical teaching, discusses the establishment and management measures of clinical medicine teaching file system, to improve the using mechanism of teaching file, and enhance the standardized, systematic and scientific management of hospital teaching archives.%临床教学档案的建设和管理对医学教育与人才培养有着重要的作用.通过分析临床教学档案管理在临床医学院的重要性和管理现状,探讨了临床医学院教学档案系统的建立及管理办法,完善了教学档案的归档和利用制度,使我院的教学档案管理逐步达到规范化、制度化和科学化.
