Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the chemotherapeutical reaction of patients with gynecological malignant tumors, in order to alleviate physical discomfort caused by the side effects of chemotherapy, and find new nursing measures to improve patients' comfort. Method: 60 patients who were given chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors were randomly divided into control and intervention groups. Conventional nursing care was given to patients in the control group, while patients in the intervention group were given psychological intervention besides conventional nursing care. After chemotherapy, emotions functions scale in quality of life core questionnaire and three symptom scales were respectively applied during and after the chemotherapy process. Results: After the chemotherapy, patients in the intervention group showed a significant increase in emotions and physical symptoms improvement compared with those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion :The implementation of appropriate psychological intervention during chemotherapy for patients with gynecological malignant tumors can reduce adverse physical reactions caused by chemotherapy, and improve patient's comfort during the chemotherapy.%目的 探讨心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗反应的影响,寻求减轻化疗副作用引起的躯体反应症状,提高患者舒适度的护理措施.方法 将60例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组和干预组.对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理的基础上接受心理干预.采用生活质量核心问卷中的情绪功能量表和3个症状量表分别在化疗中和化疗后进行调查.结果 化疗后干预组比对照组情绪及躯体反应症状明显改善(P＜0.05).结论 对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施恰当的心理干预能减轻化疗反应症状,提高患者舒适度.
