医学技术与医学人文的冲突在于技术的主体化;技术主体化的表征是多方面的,其后果是严重的;给予医学人性致命一击的是资本主体化;资本主体化在当前一些大医院是不容争辩的事实;医学资本主体化的后果是双面的,其负面后果集中表现为对医学人性的侵蚀和医学的异化;走出医学技术与资本主体的困境在于对技术与资本实行道德约束和资本管制.%The conflicts hetween medical technology and medical humanities are coming from technology subjectification. The characteristics of technology subjectification are showing in a broad range of ways with serious consequence. One of the technology subjectification is capital subjectification, which gives the fatal attacks on medical humanities. Capital subjectification is a doubtless fact in some major hospitals. The capital subjectification in medicine has a bilateral consequence, in which the negative result manifests in intensive erosion in medical humanitis. Solutions to the subjectifation of medical technology and capital lie in the moral restriction and capital supervision on medical technology and capital.
