As the global aging trend grows ever tenser, the long - term geriatric nursing care is becoming one of the most thorny problems. This paper analyzes three possible modes including long - term domestic care mode, long - term community - home care mode, and long - term insitutional care mode, among which the long - term type long - term community - home care mode should be government's first choice in settling the current problem of long - term geriatric nursing care. The authors put forward the "people - centered" all - round nursing mode with Chinese characteristics as the pursuit goal, and establish long - term geriatric nursing care which is independent of medical insurance system and perfect relevant supporting measures. It is also held that the social nursing care mode could never replace the basic position of family mode in geriatric nursing care.%在全球人口老龄化的今天,长期护理成为诸多老年人问题中最棘手的难题之一.通过剖析国内长期护理的三类模 式:家庭式长期护理、机构式长期护理、社区-居家式长期护理等的利弊取舍,认为社区-居家式长期护理模式应成为政府决 策首选,并提出了打造符合国情的老年长期护理模式需以"以人为中心"的全人护理模式为目标,并建立独立于医疗保险体系的老年长期护理服务体系和完善相关配套措施政策等;同时,说明社会养老不能取代家庭养老的基础地位.
