妇科手术患者隐私暴露护理干预效果的研究

摘要

目的 探讨妇科手术患者隐私暴露护理干预效果.方法 通过对需要进行隐私暴露的60例手术患者的情绪、心理、年龄、文化程度以及医院方面等因素进行调查,并据此调查中发现的问题和得出的结论,制定相关护理措施;然后,又将另外需要手术的60名患者随机分成两组,每组为30人,其中一组按上述护理对策,实施护理干预;另一组作为对照组,按常规护理.结果 实施护理干预的患者减轻了心理负担,促进了其康复,取得了明显的效果.结论 护理干预措施能够较好地缓解患者的紧张、焦虑情绪,取得患者的配合,促进医患关系和谐.%Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of patients'privacy exposure in gynecological operations. Method:60 patients whose privacies are exposed in gynecological operations are included in the research, with relevant investigation indexes including patients'emotion, psychological conditions, ages, educational level, and hospital factors. Corresponding nursing countermeasures are formulated based on problems and conclusion drawn from the research. Then, another 60 patients whose privacies are exposed in gynecological operations are randomly divided into 2 groups, with each group 30 patients. One group of 30 patients are given nursing intervention with experiences from the research, while the other group of 30 patients are taken as control group, receiving routine nursing during gynecological operations. Fesult:Patients who have received nursing intervention during gynecological operations show a dramatic decrease in negative emotions such as tension and anxiety, and an increase in compliance and cooperation with doctors, thus the nursing intervention of patients'privacy exposure in gynecological operations promotes the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
