我国医疗资源配置公正的必要性和有限性原因探析

The necessity of justice in medical resources allocation was analysed. Although the justice in medical resources allocation is an essential requirement for the health of equality, the increasing medical requirement of mid - low - income class in rural areas and cities as well as the profit tendency of market regulation lead to the health resources possession gap. The limitation of justice in medical resources allocation was discussed, which includes the limitation of equality, the limitation of medical resources, the influences of the social transition and the dual economic structure, and so forth.
