试论中医院以伦理管理学为基础实施人才战略的核心环节

通过阐述安徽省泾县中医院以伦理管理学为基础实施人才战略对医院发展的重要性,以及实施人才战略应当把握的选好“领头羊”,制定人才发展战略；引进知名中医,奠定人才优势；实行一对一培养,建立人才梯队；为人才提供发展空间；健全机制,调动人才积极性；千方百计留人等几个重要环节,进一步介绍了该院实施人才战略后在科室建设、医院文化建设、品牌建设等方面所取得的显著成效.%As an example with the rapid development of a traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Anhui Province , the author elaborated the importance to implement talent strategy based on ethics management in hospital development , and a few core link which should take in implement human resources strategy; Introduced the hospital efficiency gained in the construction of hospital culture, brand and departments after implemented talent strategy
