The 30 years development of Chinese medical ethics research, from translation for introduction to introspection and reconstruction, gradually formed a number of representative academic organizations and research institutions. The ethical research issues still focus on; balance of individual rights and group rights; contradiction of procedural justice and essence justice; conflict of local interest and the overall interests; controversy of nationality and universality values; issue research and system construction and so forth. Discuss and exploration on these issues will show the way for Chinese medical ethics research, provide theory and practice foundations for healthcare reform in China.%中国医学伦理学30年来的发展,从翻译引介到反思重构,逐渐形成了一批具有代表性的学术组织与研究机构.学术领域目前研究的理论问题依然围绕:个体权利与群体权利的张力、程序公正与实质公正的矛盾,局部利益与整体利益的冲突、民族性与普世性价值观争论、问题研究与体系建构等问题展开.这些问题的研究与探讨,将为中国医学伦理学的发展指明道路,为医改的顺利推进奠定理论和实践基础.
