“三好一满意”活动下的护理管理

摘要

To effectively promote the" San Hao Yi Man Yi" project,it is necessary to strictly accordance with the deployment and requirements of the ministry of health,to do well in propaganda and mobilization of nursing staff,carry out the education for nursing staff of high quality nursing services,formulate the practical implementation of high quality nursing service work plan and work target,do well in the management of nursing staff,actively explore and implement the performance of the work system,change nursing work mode,deepen the reform of nursing work,improve the level of nursing personnel's medical ethics and strengthen nurses' consciousness of nursing disciplines.%要切实推进“三好一满意”活动卓有成效地开展,须严格按照卫生部的部署与要求,做好对护理人员的优质护理服务的教育工作,制定符合本单位实际的推行优质护理服务的工作计划与工作目标,做好对护理人员的配备与管理工作,积极探索并落实绩效工作制,深化护理工作改革,提高护理人员护理道德境界与水平,增强护理人员的护理法纪意识.
