医患博弈视角下的“关系就医”现象调研——以丽水市某医院为例

The authors investigated the "relational hospitalization" phenomenon,and found it was the exchanging medium of social resources between doctors and patients.The essences of this phenomenon is the dislocation of interaction in the Game Theory between doctors and patients as well as the deviation in both doctors' and patients'understanding to the medical satisfaction rate.The government should establish the rational institution of benign game theory between doctor and patient.Meanwhile,medical workers ought to establish the concept of people first in order to afford family services as acquaintances.%对丽水市某医院“关系就医”现象展开调研和分析,发现“关系就医”是医患之间社会资源交换的媒介,其现象背后是医患博弈互动的错位以及医患双方对满意率理解的偏差.建议政府构建良性医患博弈的合理化制度,医务工作者应树立以人为本的理念,为患者提供“熟人”般的医疗服务.
