论组织的健康责任

         

摘要

组织对个体的健康具有两重性.从有益的方面来说,优秀的组织会促进个体的身心健康;反之,个体生活在组织中,一旦组织中各因素不符合健康型组织的要求,则会对个体的健康产生损害.组织对个体负有健康道德责任,需要维护个体的身心健康.基于这一理论,组织要促进个体健康,就要从以下方面入手:设立合适恰当的组织目标;改善工作环境,合理调配人员,调整、改善人际关系,形成健康型组织;制定公平合理的薪资分配制度,保障组织个体合理的收入.%The organization has duality to the health of an individual.In beneficial way,excellent organization will promote individual's physical and mental health ; On the other hand,once the various factors in the organization do not conform to the requirements of the health organization,it will damage to the health of the individual.Organization has moral responsibility for individual health to maintain the individual's physical and mental health.Based on this theory,organization should promote the individual health by the following aspects:setting up the right organizational goals; improving the working environment,reasonable allocating personnel,adjusting and improving interpersonal relationship,forming health organizations; making a fair and reasonable salary distribution system,guaranteeing individual's reasonable income.
