This paper find that rural health human resources are the core elements for smooth realization of the health reform.Based on the field survey,the authors found that the greater influence of the traditional concept of "acquaintance society" in rural areas had higher moral requirements on village doctors.And because the clan,in laws and other traditional forms of affection,friendship and so on makes the village doctors have a relatively loose practice environment.Rural society had the local diagnosis and treatment characteristics formed by way of the with heavy "human kindness" brought convenient fot doctors,but as a result of the limitation of resources,such as equipment,technology condition,the village doctors services had a phenomenon of "more attention to treatment but less on prevention".%农村卫生人力资源是医改得以顺利实现的核心要素.课题组经过实地调查发现,在传统观念影响较大的农村“熟人社会”,对村医有着更高的道德要求.而因为宗亲、姻亲等传统关系形成的亲情、乡情、友情等使得村医有一个相对宽松的执业环境.在“人情味”比较重的乡村社会所形成的具有乡土特色的诊疗方式为村民就医带来便捷,但由于资源、设备、技术等条件的限制,村医的服务提供中存在“重医轻防”现象.
