男科护理管理的人文关怀

摘要

护士承担着多重角色,加之繁重的护理工作,常处于亚健康状态,亟需人文关怀.护理管理的核心是人、财、物,尤以人的管理更为重要,需要体现出深厚的人文关怀内涵.在男科护理管理中,对护士的人文关怀体现在以人为本、制度、护理行为、绩效管理、医学继续教育、党风廉政建设、异性护理等伦理道德的引导中.%Clinical nurses are taking on multiple roles and heavy routine work,often in a state of sub-health,so they have urgent require for humanistic care.The core of nursing management is the care for people,properties,goods,and the people care is the most important that should reflect a profound connotation of humanities care.In the andrological nursing management,the humanities care for the nurses lies in showing medical ethics in the people-oriented requirement,the system,nursing behavior,performance management,continuing medical education,construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and heterosexual care etc.
