浅谈生命教育的本质和医师职业精神培育

摘要

Life education is aimed at understanding existence value and meaning of life,experience and knowing the essence of life,improving the happiness index and human feelings through exploring the life phenomena.At present,the medical professionalism crisis has an important cause,the lack of life education.So,during cultivating doctors' professional spirit and life education,it should adhere to the principles of people-oriented,empathy,loving work,life-long education,etc so as to carry out cognitive education,life responsibility education,value education,etc in doctors.%生命教育是通过对生命现象的认识,感知生命存在的价值和意义,体验和理解生命的生活化本质,提升人类的幸福指数和人文情怀.当前,医师职业精神出现危机的一个重要原因就是生命教育的缺失.因此,在培育医师职业精神、进行生命教育时,应坚持以人为本、感同身受、从医乐道、终身教育等原则,对医师进行生命认知教育、生命责任教育、生命价值教育等.
