心理测评嵌入研究生复试中的实践与探讨

摘要

目的 探讨心理测评嵌入研究生复试的有效测评方法.方法 以2011年和2012年复试研究生为研究对象,依托学生心理健康中心,采用心理测评软件、大学生人格问卷量表进行心理测评.结果 2011年和2012年,UPI第一类检出率分别为1.07％和1.31％,可能存在心理问题的考生分别为6人和5人.结论 心理测试组织有序,能有效筛选出可能存在心理问题考生,及时反馈给面试导师作为录取参考.%Objective:To explore effective method to psychological test in the reexamination of graduate students.Methods:University Personality Inventory (UPI) was used to investigate the psychology of the graduate students in reexamination in 2011 and 2012.Results:1.07 ％ of examinees were categorized as UPI class I in 2011,while 1.31％ in 2012; 6 examinees in 2011 and 5 examinees in 2012 likely had psychological obstacle.Gonclusions:The psychological test was organized well and could effectively find the students who might have mental problems and the results would timely be feedbacked to the tutors as admission reference.
