医院志愿服务体系的研究与实践

摘要

规范化与制度化的志愿服务体系是志愿服务事业发展的重要支撑.如何探索建立本土化医院志愿服务体系,成为当前医院志愿服务事业发展的迫切要求.以某医院为个案,在实践基础上分析研究该医院建立的志愿者招募体系、培训体系、管理体系、评估体系和激励机制,从而形成了具有中国特色的医院志愿服务体系.%Standardization and institutionalization of volunteer service are the important support for voluntary service development.How to explore to establish local hospital volunteer service system has become the urgent request of current hospital volunteer service development.Taking a hospital as a case,based on the practice the authors analyzed the hospital volunteer recruitment system,training system,management system,evaluation system and incentive mechanism,which is a hospital volunteer service system with Chinese characteristics.
