道德智慧视域下医德教育的伦理探析

摘要

生物科技的发展与医学模式的转变对未来医务人员的职业道德提出了更高的要求,也使他们面临更严峻的考验.然而,目前医学生的职业道德与社会发展、医学模式的转变存在着诸多不适应.培育道德智慧,提升个体道德修养,既是加强医德教育的落脚点,也是提升医德教育实效性的关键所在.%With the medical technology advances and the transformation of medicine model,a higher requirement has been provided to the professional ethics education in medical training.However,the professional moral education in present medical school has some aspects which cant adapt to the social development and the transformation of medicine model.Cultivating moral intelligence,perfecting individual moral cultivation are the essences of strengthening medical ethics education,also is the key to advancing the actual effect of medical ethics education.
