伦理学在法医实践中的应用初探

摘要

伦理学思想在法医学发展过程中的具体体现为:从事法医工作应了解我国丧葬文化,伦理学思想在古代法医学和现代法医学中均有体现.了解法医伦理学的发展历史,有助于更好的研究法医伦理学这一课题,也有助于指导法医实践,尤其是指导公安法医工作.在此基础上,探讨了法医伦理学的研究进展,并提出研究法医伦理学的实践意义在于:它是衡量法医工作是否合格的标准,其思想在活体检验和尸体检验中均有一定指导意义.%In the development process of forensic science,the concrete manifestation of ethics thoughts are:forensic ethics and funeral culture in China.Ethics thoughts have been embodied in ancient and in modern forensic science.Understanding of the historical development of forensic ethics would help to better research forensic ethics,also help to guide forensic practice,especially to guide public security forensic work.Based on this point,this paper explored the forensic research progress of ethics,and put forward the practical significance of research on forensic ethics:measuring whether the forensic work qualified,forensic ethics thoughts in biopsy,the application of forensic ethics thoughts in postmortem examination.
