对产科商业性基因检测案例的伦理分析∗

摘要

首先介绍两个案例———产前耳聋基因检测、新生儿多种疾病和天赋基因检测；然后分析产科商业性基因检测产生的伦理问题，包括对这两种基因检测技术的疑问、产科基因检测的自由、产科医生在基因检测中的角色定位、知情同意、对医患关系的损害等；最后对产科商业基因检测提出几点建议。%Two cases, prenatal genetic testing for deafness and newborn genetic testing for diseases and talent, were firstly introduced. And then, the author analyzed the ethical issues in these cases, such as question about ge-netic testing technologies, freedom of genetic testing in clinical obstetrics, role of obstetricians in genetic testing, problems about informed consent, and harms to doctor-patient relationship, and so forth. Finally, it put forward some suggestions on commercial genetic testing in obstetric practice.
