基于语料库的医患门诊会话重复结构及功能研究∗

摘要

This paper explored the methods of corpus linguistics application based on the corpus of doctor-pa-tient outpatient conversation, which was built by the project team members. Under the framework of the theory of conversation analysis, it discussed the inductive characteristics of subjective and functional repetition, and com-pared the similarities and differences of the repetition strategy use between patients and doctors. This study con-cludes a new OIR mode, enriching the theory of conversation analysis. The corresponding countermeasures of the repetition strategy use that put forward in this article provided a reference to strengthen the doctor-patient commu-nication, enhance the communication effect, and establish the interacted, cooperated and equal doctor-patient re-lationship. Meanwhile, it offered a new viewpoint to the study of doctor-patient communication.%基于项目组成员自建的医患门诊会话语料库，研究运用语料库语言学的研究方法，在话语分析理论的框架下，探讨其在主体性重复和功能性重复方面的归纳性特征，并比较医患双方在重复策略使用上的异同。研究得出了OIR新模式，丰富了话语分析理论，所提出的医患门诊会话重复策略使用对策为加强医患沟通交流，增进交际效果，建立互动、合作、平等的医患关系提供参考，为研究医患沟通提供了一个新视角。
