静脉用药调配中心伦理问题的探讨∗

摘要

为了提高静脉用药调配中心工作人员职业水平和伦理道德素质相结合的能力，并贯彻落实到护理实践当中，对静脉用药调配中心常见伦理问题及其重要性进行了分析讨论，分析问题、查找原因，提出对策，以期促进静脉用药调配中心的进一步发展，使其更好地为临床提供优质服务，避免医疗纠纷，为患者提供更安全的药学服务。%In order to improve the staff′s ability to combine professional level and moral quality in pharmacy in-travenous admixture services and implement it in nursing practice, this paper discussed the common ethical issues and its importance in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. It analyzed the problems, found the causes out, put forward the countermeasures, and thus to promote the further development of pharmacy intravenous admixture serv-ices and offer high quality clinical services, avoid medical disputes, and provide safer pharmacy service to patients.
