新时期护士慎独修养的表现及影响因素分析

摘要

在论述了慎独修养在现代护理工作中的表现及影响因素的基础上，提出培养与提升慎独修养的对策，具体有：加强对护士的教育培训，提高护士的职业道德水准；合理配置护理人力资源，完善医院激励措施；实施赏识激励，营造良好的工作环境；自觉践行护士伦理准则，弘扬护理专业精神。%Based on the review of cautiousness in the modern nursing work and its influential factors, this pa-per put forward the countermeasures to improve cautiousness: enhancing the educational training and improving nursing professional moral level, allocating human resource reasonably and perfecting incentive system;implemen-ting appreciation incentive and creating a good working environment;practicing nurse ethics consciously and promo-ting the nursing professional spirit.
