医院引入医务社会工作者存在的问题及对策分析∗

摘要

我国当前医疗体制尚不完善，医患之间缺乏信任，医院引入医务社会工作者以统筹社会资源、优化医疗服务流程、提高医疗服务质量、缓解医护人员压力。从这一背景出发，对医务社会工作者及其工作内容进行概述，分析医院引入医务社会工作者的必要性，指出我国医务社会工作推进存在的困境，最后提出推进医院引入医务社会工作者的建议与对策。%In China, health care system is not perfect,the trust is lack between doctors and patients. Introdu-cing medical social workers to hospitals is to manage social resources as a whole, optimize medical treatment service process,enhance the quality of medical service, and relieve the pressure of doctors and nurses. Under this back-ground, this paper gave an overview of the medical social work and its contents. Then, it analyzed the necessity of introducing medical social workers to hospitals and pointed out the existing plight of medical social work. Finally, it put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to promote medical social work.
