联合国维和卫勤保障工作中的医学伦理实证分析

摘要

在联合国维和行动中,卫勤人员需要遵循明确的法律法规和伦理要求来妥善解决遇到的伦理学问题,但现有的法规和指南类文件涉及面窄、实用性不强,不能满足实际需求.在文献资料的基础上,以现实范例为依据,采用实证调查、对比分析、归纳总结的“三步法”,对维和行动中涉及的医学伦理问题进行探讨和分析,并对维和卫勤保障工作中的医学伦理建设提出问题对策.%In the peacekeeping operations of the United Nations,medical personnel need to have clear legal compliance to solve the ethical problems encountered.The existing laws and regulations are impractical with a nar row cover,which can't meet the actual requirements.Based on the literatures and practical examples,this paper discussed the medical ethical problems involved in peacekeeping operations using the three-step method (empirical investigation,comparative analysis and summarization),and provided suggestions and countermeasures to the construction of medical ethics in peacekeeping medical support.
