基于内化过程提升医学生人文素养的途径研究

摘要

The formation of medical students' humanistic quality is a process of internalization.Referred to the different conditions that needed in different stages of internalization'process,medical humanistic education should be long-term and focus on practice.In terms of medical students,they should understand and control the existing knowledge structures of humanities,actively absorb the knowledge and theory of medical humanities,have the innovation consciousness and awareness of self-improvement,ultimately to improve the humanistic quality.%医学生人文素养的形成是一种内化过程,参照内化过程不同阶段所需要的条件,在医学人文教育方面要长期化,侧重实践;在医学生方面,医学生要清楚和掌控自己人文方面的现有知识架构,积极吸收自己没有的医学人文知识和理论,要有革新自觉和自我完善意识,最终达到提高医学生人文素养的终极目的.
