大熊猫猝死的病原学研究

         

摘要

One strain of the gram - positive bacillus was isolated from viscera of death panda which died abruptly. According to the cultural and biochemical characteristics, it was indentified as Clostridium Perfringcns ( C. Welchii ). The broth culture of peptic rndigest of beef - liver can cause toxemia in mice by inoculation. The mice died in 12 hours by intraperitoneal in jection of 0.2ml of the broth culture. The reference strains of C. Perfringens type A、B、C、D、E, and their typing sera were used to type the strains isolated from the viscera of death panda. The neutralization tests indicated that the strain was C. Perfringens type A. None of virus particles rnfound by electron micoscope. Combine with postmortem examination and histopathology, it was considered that C. Perfringens is the rncausative agent of sudden death in panda.%从一只突然死亡的大熊猫的实质脏器中分离到1株革兰氏阳性大杆菌,经培养、生长特性及生理生化等试验确定该菌株为魏氏梭茵。经对小白鼠的毒力试验测得该菌株LD50为0.032ml含菌量3.65×108CFU/ml,该菌株毒素对小白鼠的MLD为0.2ml。用魏氏梭菌标准定型血清与该菌株做中和试验以及菌型鉴定,确定该株魏氏梭菌为A型魏氏梭茵(毒素)。电镜观察未发现有病毒颗粒。结合病理解剖和病理组织学检查,确认该大熊猫突然死亡系由于感染A型魏氏梭菌所致。
