A total of 179 stool samples collected from children with diarrhea were retrospectively tested for Kobuvirus genus member aichi virus by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).One sample from a 3-year-old boy was positive.The nucleotide sequence isolate was determined, analyzed and compared to known Aichi virus sequences, which turned out to be a member of genotype B.Kobuvirus/Human/FJ081021/2008/China (GU459258), wihich had 98.1% nucleotide identidy to Qld/2008/204/Australia.This is the first detection of Aichi virus with gastroenteritis in Fujian, China.%目的 了解福建地区Aichi病毒的存在和流行情况.方法 对2008-2009年福建省多家医院的5岁以下腹泻儿童粪便179份,采用RT-PCR方法进行分子流行病学调查.结果 检出Aichi病毒阳性粪便1份.测序后与国外已发表的毒株比较,表明了所测定FJ081021毒株序列(GU459258)与Qld/2008/204/Australia最接近,同源性达98.1%,证实其为B型Aichi病毒.结论 首次发现福建地区人群中存在Aichi病毒.
