The structure was solved by direct method.The cyclodisilazane ring is a flattened tetrahedron. The three bonds on N（1） and N（2）, respectively, are in a plane. The mean bond lengths of Si-C （methyl）, Si-C（phenyl）, Si-O, Si-N（endocyclic） and Si-N（exo-） are 1.839, 1.847, 1.636, 1.744 and 1.711A, respectively.
