国外航母舰载机出动回收能力指标体系分析

摘要

航母舰载机出动回收能力是航母舰机适配性的重要表征指标之一.为研究舰载机出动回收能力指标体系及指标内涵,重点分析了航母舰载机出动回收能力的基本概念及影响航母舰载机出动回收能力的某些约束因素;针对国外衡量航母舰载机出动回收能力中常用指标,讨论其内涵及设定这些指标的意义.通过对美国、英国、法国和俄罗斯几个典型实例的分析结果表明:实战和演习是国外航母舰载机出动回收能力指标体系建立和相应指标值设定的主要依据.%Sortie generation is one of the critical indices which are used to characterize carrier and air wing capablity. In order to research the index system of sortie generation capacity and their effects on the embarked airwings, attention was drawn to the analysis on the basic concept of sortie generation rate (SGR) and a range of constraints for lanuch and recovery, following by a review of definition of SGR index system that commonly applied in the assessment of various types of aircraft carriers commissioned in the foreign navies (e.g. The USN, the RN, the French Navy and the Russian Navy). As study examples, analyses were also performed on the SGR index system used for these typical carriers. The conclusion is that the establishment of effective index system and setting for the relevant indices must be accomplished by actual operations and combat exercises.
